I’ve finally made it! Made it through the hectic, anxiety-ridden drive that everyone warned me about. Made it through baggage check in with one small roll-y bag (no charge the first bag) and two too heavy to carry for long periods of time carry-ons. – Technically one is my purse…but, you know.
Danielle and I made it in record time, no traffic! Just a few confusing exits, a man with several Jesus signs and a kite/bird/plane to throw us off. Luckily, we were able to catch a bite to eat in the terminal before I checked my bags and went through security. BTW – You’re not allowed to take pictures of your sister walking through the line to security…haha…gee, wonder why!

So, now I find myself in an Irish pub at the JFK airport passing the time, still with a glass of chardonnay. I figure there’ll be time for getting my taste for beer up to bar (haha) when I get there.
Well, with 35 minutes to spare, I must pay my tab and pee before I embark on the biggest journey of my 23-year-old lifetime. Catch you all on the flip side!
YEY! 🙂 🙂 🙂
